After the inspection (and any insurance coordination), we’ll present a clear, honest estimate. You’ll get a detailed scope of work, recommended materials, and a timeline—no hidden fees, no surprises.

Phase 4: Agreement & Scheduling

Once we have an agreed upon scope of work, we’ll finalize the paperwork and schedule your project. We work hard to stay on time and on budget, with ongoing communication so you always know what’s next.
